Design and Presentation of Customized Training Courses

City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) is committed to a philosophy of continuous improvement. The Staff Development Academy (SDA) has responded to various management training requests including the following areas:

    Team Buliding with the SDA
  • "Team Building Through Group Synergy"
    This course uses a simulated group survival situation to explore group decision-making, individual role and responsibility in groups and how a group can use its synergy to its benefit in a variety of situations.


  • "Customer Service Re-defined"
    First there was Nordstrom, then Disney, now there is City Colleges of Chicago. This session will re-define "customer service" in an educational setting.


    • Perfomance Management Training
  • "Performance Management - No Surprises!"
    Accountability is drilled down to the individual level in this workshop. Managers learn the do's and don'ts of performance evaluations. You'll be pleasantly surprised in this one.
