City Colleges of Chicagi (CCC) is searching for Part Time Faculty for our upcoming semester and candidate pool.  In this position you will demonstrate excellence in teaching; commit to integrating new technology in the learning process; and; inspire, motivate and empower students to succeed.

We prefer candidates with a PhD Biology, Microbiology or Biological Science (sub-disciplines including molecular, cellular, organismal, evolution/ecology, etc.).

At minimum, you must have a MA/MS in Biology, Microbiology or Biological Sciences, MD or MS Zoology

In addition to the minimum requirements, you must be focused on effective teaching; assessment of student learning; and continuous growth in the field of study.  We also value expertise in student-centered teaching; facility with instructional technology, including Blackboard Learning Management System; and a commitment to professional development in teaching.
